Let’s start 2020 with a bang and put your fitness to the test through the Fitness 20/20 Challenge: Kerry Parthenon of Champions. Take on a new challenge every week and come out victorious to start your year!
PUSH UP CHALLENGE
Within one-minute, do as many push ups as possible
Within one-minute, do as many chin-ups as possible
For assisted chin-ups, total reps will divided by 2
Hold that plank for as long as you can
Get your total weight in one minute
YOGA POSE CHALLENGE
Do five yoga poses and hold for 45 seconds!
For those who prefer to fly solo and prove their own fitness prowess
For a gang of three's of friends, colleagues, or your Kerry-mates who's down for a little competitive fun
Family means nobody gets left behind, especially in fun fitness competitions
Prizes await the Kerry members who will reign supreme in the Fitness 20/20 Challenge!
